I agree that flashback was a cool episode...
To see Tuvok and Sulu together...
I love mix of series!

No Profit and Lace in your list? heheh

Thank VBG. :-)
Oh.. That poem is so great in character... So funny :-)
That was worth to make worth again!

Yesterday's enterprise.
I really really like the episode... And the consequences of that episode were great over the rest of the serie.
-
I hesitated quite some time...
Between Noonien Soong and Lore...
I voted for the doctor.. After all, that from him that all started.
And I like to see Brent Spiner without make-up for a change
-
I just love Dukat Character.
He's my favorite vilain in all the series.. He really well developped.
And you all said the rest :-)
-
Happy birthday !!!
I wish you a wonderfull day!!!

I really liked the way Tom Hardy did was able to be Patrick Steward nemesis.
His prestance was there to be able to do so.
I really liked him as a vilain

I think best contact is the ST movie I enjoyed the most.
So, it's my favorite
-
It had a good story line but what I think the movie needed was more character and a little less actionExactly my point of view.
The potential was there.. They just didn't use it well.
And yes, I B) at the end everytime I watch it

In away, Kirk was right, he did die alone. When Kirk said, "I've allways known... I'll die alone," I believe he ment that as long as Spock, Bones, and the rest of the crew were arround, Kirk wouldn't die. However, in Generations, the only person with Kirk, is his Nexus friend, Picard. So, in a way, Kirk did die alone. I think it was a metaphor saying that as long as he was with his comrads, he wouldn't die.I read the book of the movie, and you are right.
I remember him telling that as far as Bones and Spock would be with him, he would stay alive.
Need to find that book and reread to be sure. But I read that somewhere, I'm sure of it.
Alone for him means without his "family"

Janeway was such a strong character... A real leader, that made her decision and stick to them.
That never help a second in command to look... good in post.
I like the spirituality about Chakotay character. However, looking at the way he was portrayed, why did he was a captain on a Marquis Starship?
The "hero" part of the character is missing.. What makes Riker, Spock and Kira good second. He seems more like a silent leader.
But well, I really feel something is missing in his personality the way they showed him in the serie
-
If Janeway had to fight B'Elanna, who do you think would win?Physically, B'Elanna without a doubt.. She'S half Klingon after all
Otherwise.. Depends on the contest :-P
-
The reason I like DS9 so much is that all the caracter (well, except maybe Jake) have their moments and are strongly developped.
In Voyager, with Janeway off... I feel like we got Seven remaining... Chakotay never really was developped, wouldn't do a strong Captain figure.
Honestly, like some said, Tuvok would probably made a better Captain than Chakotay.
But I don't think the serie could continue that way.. Imagine TOS without Kirk, TNG without Picard, DS9 without Sisko or Ent without Archer...

I think Data see Picard as his role model to be more human (I remember him said it.. Just remember in which episode or movie)
And I think Picard sees in Data the best facets of humanity we took for granted.
I consider their relationship to be one of exchange of vision, of situation. A Mentor and a pupil, Picard trying to make understand to Data was humanity is.
The friendship between Geordi and Data is more ... well.. buddies

I wish the ful verson of blue skies was on the soundtrack too.But if it was, then it probally would of been the origional composer singing it, not Data.
Not necesseratly.
Look at the Moulin Rouge soundtrack.
A big thanks for the song
It's really funny

I agree with you guys...
This episode is memorable by Brent Spiner acting and by this speech...
Honestly, with all the times I saw this episode. I wonder if I stand listening to all of it without wanting to scream.. lol
-
Based on his performance on the field, yes, he should be there.
This is about performance in sports, not the man.
And you already all said it anyway
-
I agree that the spoiler feature is just too great!
First time I see that one on a Message board, and it's just so brilliant!

I remember reading about France being upset with the internet being too "American" and I don't say "American" meaning "The United States". It was more a problem with the vast majority (at least at that time) of sites being in English and not in French. This was more of a problem for France itself if I recall right. This was maybe 5 or so years ago that I remember this story.I myself don't care one way or the other, if it's a matter of them not liking the term because it's too "American" though it seems pretty petty, if it's just a matter of their culture wanting to use their own term then who am I to say otherwise?
Well, internet being in English can be a problem for ppl that speak French when you don't understand the language.
Because not everybody in France or in Quebec can understand or write English.
So, yes, Internet being too English or American can be a problem
As e-mail.. It may be pretty in English, but it sounds weird in French.
