  1. Oh very cool! I want it! I think a Voyager chopper would be very doable as well...it's far thinner and streamlined than any of the other series' ships of focus (an Excelsior one would be very cool, as well.)

  2. Coming out has indeed helped his career. He can now degrade himself and make a daily fool of himself on the Howard Stern show.............

Just curious, but how is he making a "fool" of himself?

Here is just a small example.

BEWARE: THE FOLLOWING IS A BIT GRAPHIC:

    THE PRETTIEST PENIS CONTEST

Howard then welcomed several men for The Prettiest Penis Contest. The first contestant was 78-years-old and fully nude. George said the guy's penis was “a well-balanced

penis, but it lacks a little volume.” The second contestant, Maury, whipped his out as well – after a little “chubbing up” - and George was unimpressed. George was more excited by the next contestant, Mike, who also had a “well-balanced” penis.

The fourth contestant, Go-Go Boy, said he was a try-sexual (“I try anything”) and George loved his package: “It's beautiful. It could use a little bit of a workout.” The next contestant said he was “one of the original jackasses,” and, despite his best efforts, ended up having his “entry”

dismissed. The next guy had a circumcised penis but used a device (Fred called it a “penis restoration cone”) to regenerate his foreskin. George was impressed (“Good for you!”) but gave the award and the $500 prize to Mike, the third guy.

    I love George. :cold:

  3. It is a big deal. As RC stated breast are private parts. I do not want a man, other than my husband, to touch my breasts. PERIOD! She told them she wears a wire bra, and that should have been enough. People common sense. Oh, I forgot since I work for the same government, common sense is official banned. My bad.

    Airport Pat-Down Protocol Changed

Women Complained That Security Checks Were Humiliating

    By Sara Kehaulani Goo

Airport security screeners this week will be instructed not to touch women passengers between their breasts as part of new pat-down procedures, the Transportation Security Administration said yesterday.

The agency said it is making a modification to its searching methods that began in September after more than 400 passengers -- mostly women -- formally complained that the experience was invasive, humiliating and akin to being molested.

I know that many women believe that part of their body to be private and I respect that, but I personally don't see a difference (other than size and function0 between men and women in that area. Honestly I feel it's a dis-service by society as a whole that in most situations women are either forced or strongly urged to cover that part of their body while men don't have to at all. I know bras can be extremely helpful as far as comfort and whatnot, but it should be the choice of the individual whether or not to cover them...but I've digressed.

Also, it was a woman official that patted down the passenger. That's a policy airlines have.

  4. That's two monitors. My others are attached elsewhere at the moment (Wii, laptop, etc.) This was reduced 75% before the upload (and then again by however much it says above the pic)...it wouldn't upload otherwise.

  5. I loved the scene when Kirk asked O'Brien who threw the first punch.

The best part was when Worf was cornered about the Klingon ridge thing. It would have been great if he simply said "budget cuts" and everyone else nods knowingly.

    :Hmmm...: YES! :Hmmm...:

  6. I don't view breasts as a 'private' part, so I see nothing wrong with making sure a woman isn't hiding some random illicit item in there (as long as we're checking for illicit items to begin with.)

Actually before the terrorist thing happened I was able (accidentally) to carry a 3 inch pocket knife on board an airliner...I was nine years old so I thought I'd make use of it by carving my empty Sprite can into a spring. The flight attendants had no problem with anything they saw me doing. :Hmmm...:

I also figured out a way (also by accident) to carry TWELVE INCH LONG thick and sharp blades aboard a plane in 2006. :Hmmm...: Since this one is quite easy and still valid, I won't divulge it here.

  7. Did a mod bump this? It's up at the top of new posts and the last post was five years ago. :Hmmm...:

Personally, the Ent-D would be a lot more fun IMO for any bridge officer, and the only thing that I would find preferable about DS9 over Ent-D is the Promenade with the high ceilings...I might eventually feel boxed in on the Enterprise if it weren't for the holodecks, bridge, engineering, and the cargo/shuttle bays. As far as everything else, though...the two are pretty similar. They're huge, have menial tasks for the underlings, are at the forefront of the federation (DS9 at the frontlines and Ent-D as the flagship), and have a large population in comparison to most other space-born environments run by Starfleet (excluding starbases.)
