  1. Maybe the Borg Baby needed to be stablized in the Borg Cube to develop. This chamber was its natural life source, therefore extracting it would cause instantious death. Remember that Borg do not have sex, but did they gain the knowledge to reproduce without the use of technology?

  2. I think someone mentioned this before, but adding my views i think i would just repeat... I think that the Voyager Cast was excellent in the way they showed their relationships and their strong determination to get home. Personally I did not see TNG or DS9, but I have seen the movies of Star Trek and it really doesnt seem that the actors strengths or weakness' show. They protray their characters with believable characteristics that relate to people in real life. Harry Kim was a personal favorite of mine becuase it was a grown up actor acting like a young Ensgin; he was the only one who annoyed me by wanting to impress the Captain, but wouldnt this be any other asperations for a young Ensign? Also Chakotay was a believable character, as a Native American he protrayed a real emotional character with strong spiritual believes. He knew about his past and tried to use the traditional ways in his future life. Seven of Nine was excellent, I just hate the way that she was used as a Hollywood sex symbol. Everytime I viewed her I did not understand why people came to the conclusion that her character was just to introduce more males to watching Voyager. Although they might of been trying to watch Seven, her acting skills prevailed over her sexual outer beauty. Torres, EMH, Neelix, Kes, Janeway and others were also excellent showing their true talent.

  3. Here is a question to think about.... If future Janeway did not come back to resuce Voyager, what further enemies would the ship had to face. With knowning that Voyager would of gotten home, do you think it was worth the risk of sending Voyager back prematuraly. Think of all the vast knowledge that Voyager would of recieved with an extra accumliatve years. Of course they would of had crew members that would of died, espcially Seven then Chakotay and then Tvock's illness... but isnt the gain of knowledge the worth of risks to possess them?

Note: If anyone is a mythology fan, Odin lost his eye just for the gain of knowledge; knowledge is power and with the knowledge obtained set at a regular date, it could make the Federation grow naturally than with the advanced technology leap. Think of all the major risk factors for other hostile species to gain that advanced technology that updated Voyager
