I love this song. It actually got me to puchase my first cd in many years when it was released.

There are many times in the past that I would love to be able to visit. I have to say though that I would have to restrict my travel to events that did not occur within my own lifetime to avoid temptation. Although I am fairly pleased with the way my life has turned out, there are a few things that I would be tempted to try to change even with the risk of messing up the time line, so therefore would not allow myself the temptation. I mean think about it, who would not be tempted to send yourself a note saying, "Hey, trust me play these numbers in the lottery for this week."

I am looking at the release of the movie the same way. I am very excited to have new Trek coming out, but on the other hand I am afraid that they will have messed it up.
The one thing that gives me some confidence is JJ Abrams. I have been a big fan of his work for a while. He did an outstanding job with Alias, but of course that was a completely different type of show.

I agree that his family was something that added to The Doctor's evolution as a character on the show. It would have been nice for him to have made reference to missing them at some later point in the series.

I believe that this is a very fitting final resting place for the two of them.

Looks like it is slated to be released in December of 2010. Still a ways off, but I am actually looking forward to it.
I know that some people don't like the remakes of the older cartoons, but I actually enjoy many of them. It kinda serves as a way of making sure that they are not forgotten and allows another generation to get the joy from them that I did when I was growing up.
Message of the day. Travelling is a no go.

Welcome to my world. We are just starting to finally thaw out here for the first time in almost a month. We have had temperatures below freezing and many times below 0 (Fahrenheit). We had a substantial amount of snow last week, and I have been fighting with frozen water lines for over a month.
