  1. Kaitlyn sent a PM back to Tiffany saying that she would do her best to find a way to get her there, and that she missed her a lot. As soon as that was done, she looked up to find that everyone else had left the loft. Hurridly she fled down the ladder and into the kithchen, wher supper was just about to start. She went staight to Lida and tugged on the woman's sleeve to get her attention.

    "Lida!" she said.

"Yes, what is it, Kaitlyn, what are you so upset about?" Lida asked.

"I'm not upset, I'm happy!" Kaitlyn insisted. "Well, I guess I'm a little upset too." She shook her head, "Anyway, I just got a PM from my friend back in Mississippi! She and I were the only two people left in our town, and I told her what had happened, but she wouldn't come here with me. I've been worried sick about her since I left, and now I justa PM from her sayin that she wants to come to EDEN, but she doesn't have a way to."

  2. Surprisingly, the pirate stopped and looked at Picard, leaving Wesley sobbing on the floor. Picard stepped away from Beverly and Deanna and closer to the viewscreen.

"I cannot believe you!" Picard said, barely containing his rage, but managing to somehow. "What do you thinm you're doing doing this to him?" He motioned toward the trembling form of the boy on the deck of the pirate ship.

Alan shrugged. "It's your fault. If you had cooporated in the first place he wouldn't even be over here. I'm only to whatever measures I must to get what I want."

  3. Kaitlyn went up to the new home of the computers and sat down at one near Abigail. She logged on to the site and immediatly her eyes widened. The familiar red out-lined bow popped up at the top of the screen telling her she had a new personal message. The screenname was one she barely remembered anymore, but as soon, as she loked at it meories came flooding back. Memories of the owner of that name, memories of her the last time she had seen her best friend.

"Tiffany," she whispered, and hastily clicked on the link to the message in her inbox. She joyfully scanned over the lengthy message, then went back and read it all carefully. Apparently Tiffany had been surviving by herself back in Mississippi, but now realized that she had to f=get to Eden. Only, she didn't know how.

  4. Soon the sounds coming from the room on the pirate ship changed. Between the blows, trembling breaths, and sobs, Wesley had reverted from only screaming to pleading with the pirate to stop.

"No! Don't!-" Wesley shreiked desperatly, his last word cut off by the impact of another kick and the yell of pain he released. Then Alan struck again, and Wes screamed at the top of his lungs in pain.

The captain of the "Enterprise" could take no more of this.

"Stop it!" Picard yelled as loud as he could, his anger helping his voice to rise above the rest of the noise in the room. As soon as he yelled, everyone on the bridge fell silent, staring at their captain. "Stop it!" Picard said again. "Leave that boy alone!"

  5. Thanks Indy, I'll tell my friend who wrote it that. :dude: Oh, and here's some more:

"And since you have obviously discovered that I was lying about my weapons," the pirate continued. "And that our firing on you would be useless, I will simply have to retaliate another way. Maybe this will show you that I mean business."

As Alan had spoken, the other man had continued to push Wesley across the room, but, still exausted, Wes buckled and fell several feet short. The problem with that was that now his hands were tied behind his back, and getting up again was difficult. When the pirate finished his short speech he turned, expecting Wesley to be right behind him, but instead saw him an the floor, trying to stand, and the other man making no effort whatsoever to help him. Angrily Alan closed the distance betwee them and began to kick the boy. Wesley, who had struggled about halfway up, went down again, screaming in pain.

Again the bridge erupted into yelling, and most of them shot to thier feet. The next severaly minutes were a repeat of the hour before, only this time it was worse.

  6. The view of stars on the screen instanlt changed to that of the same small room as before, except this time Alan was the only person there. And the pirate captain was obviously very annoyed.

"Your attempt to transport the boy out did notgo unnoticed," he said angrily. It was then that another man entered the room, pushing Wesley in front of him. The man made a bee-line for his captain, and as he hearded his charge toward him, the bridge of the "Enterprise" tensed, most of realizing what Alan intended to do.

"No!" Beverly whispered fiercly, tears forming in her eyes.

    "Not again!" Riker groaned softly.

Deanna put a hand on Crusher's arm,"Oh no."

Picard only stared, dread pulling at him until he wished he could disapear as the angry pirate continued to talk.

  7. Peter David is my all-time favorite trek author! Mostly it's because his books usually have good parts about Wesley, my favorite character. Good examples are "Strike Zone" and "Q-in-law". I love those books! The fact that Wesley died at the age of four in an alternate universe in his book "Q-Squared" has always aggravated me, but oh well. Thats another one of mt favorite books anyway

  8. Yikes! :dude: Gosh guys, I'm sooo sorry I forgot to finish posting this story. I've just been so busy, what with school and Christmas Vacation coming up. Anyway, I'll start to post the rest of it now. I hope you enjoy it! :dude:

Beverly fidgeted in her seat, hopeful, but her jeary sank a few seconds later, when O'Briens voice spoke again.

"I'm sorry, Captain," the Chief said. "I wasn't able to lock on to him, and now they've put their shields up."

Worf spoke next,"Captain, the ship is hailing us."

"On screen," Picard said, hoping that this coversation would go better than the first one. That is, if trying to stop Alan from brutally tourturing a helpless Wesley Crusher could be called a conversation.

  9. The women rushed the children to bed, and Kaitlyn and Able parted at the top of the stairs with a friendly "good night". Since that day in the barn when they had discovered that they shared thier feeling for each other, thier friendship had bloomed. Kaitlyn walked into the girls' room smiling, and the rest fo the girls looked at her with envy.

"You're so lucky," Abigail said as the two of them got into bed. "Ther aren't any boys here for the rest of us."

"He's not my boyfriend, Abbie," Kaitlyn whispered. "He's just a good friend. Why are you guys making such a big deal out of it?"

  10. I can't beleive it but I agrre too, sort of. :) I do like Enterprise. :) Other than that, I just don't know if they should revive TNG or not. Like a lot of people I would like to see what happens on the Titan. Oh, and speaking of the Titan, that would also be a good way to bring Wesley(my favorite character!) back. :) For those of you who have read the "Nemises" book, if you remember, Wesley was back in Starfleet and said he was going to be on the Titan. :)

  11. Yep, I loved Spider-man 2. Before I saw either of them I couldn't have cared less about Spider-man, but the movies changed my mind! They were great, and the second one was "definatly" better. Did you see that ending? When his friend founf that room in his house behind the mirror? Do you think he'll be the villain in 3?

  12. hey, Ktrek, what do you mean the first two are the worst? I think they're the best ones! Don't tell me that Wesley coming back didn't interest "any" of you! Come on, that was the best part! I'd been waiting for that, and thoroughly enjoyed it. If only he hadn't done it with that girl he fell in love with it would have been better. Being aChristian, that made me mad.

  13. "Cute, isn't it?" Able said.

"Yeah, if you call green, scaly, and alien cute."

    Able laughed,"You're funny."

Kaitlyn raised an eyebrow. "This situation with these things is even funnier."

Able laughed again,"That's one of the things I like about you, Kaitlyn."

Kaitlyn looked at Able in surprise. "You like me?"

Able stopped laughing and blushed slightly. "That's not what I said.."

    "Yes it is. Basically, anyway."

The boy sighed in frustration. "Oh all right." Then he smiled, "I guess I do like you, Kaitlyn."

Kaitlyn smiled. "Good. I like you, too, Able."

The two teenagers laughed and talked, while continuing to keep watch over the aliens.

  14. No one left the barn for nearly an hour. Having so many people that close scared the little aliens though, and finally Lida and Becka shooed everyone back to their jobs, once again leaving Kaitlyn and Able alone with Eden's guests. The two of them sat near the combined cages, still watching the new parents and thier baby. Kaitlyn was begining to think that these little guys had nothing to do with the mass abduction of eath's population.
