  1. Yeah, the season did get off to a slow start. :)

But you have to admit, the final votes were a shocker. I figured that Twila would win by maybe a vote, seeing as how most of the jury was female. But Chris has managed to retain control of the game, even when he was severely utnumbered. He deserved to win, in my opinion. :)

  2. The main computer core being on the Saucer Section the borg might have an easyer shoot at craking the code, by the time they notice the first plane couldn't work it was to late to separate, the borg could have fused the Saucer and Stardrive Sections together, after the attack the area could have been fused together from the attack it self, the blast from the cube, or the temperal shock wave... it could be a number of things!

I hadn't thought of it that way before =D

And I should think that it'd separate. That was one of the most amazing features on the Enterprise-D, and I doubt they'd get rid of it.

  3. Dear Santa,

I'll have you know I've been a very, very good girl this year. (Stop coughing, you!) So could you please get me a Trip, all wrapped up in nothing but yards of ribbon? I wouldn't exactly mind if he was covered in chocolate, either, I'm not choosy. I would also like the new U2 album, complete with all the limited edition stuff -- photobooks, DVDs, everything. Thanks! :nono:

    A very good girl,

    G

  4. I see what you mean about the MACOs and credited names of actors. Most of the MACOs have familiar faces, put never have really been given names. Aside from Hayes and  Corporal Cole, most of them I'd bet were given random names, possibly based on the actor (Corporal Chang for example).

It would make sense that if the original crew complement of the NX-01 was 82, that they would recieve the apropriate number of replacements for the lost crewmember.

If your possitive about Ramero, I'll take your word for it.

I thought Archer said that there were "81 humans, 1 Vulcan and 1 Denobulan" on Enterprise.

  5. Love that book!

I got my copy at Barnes and Noble, they usually have a decent stock of Star Trek books.

Ragingtarg: Look around online for the companion, try amazon.com. I don't remember how much it cost, but it's something like $30-40 maybe less now. Good luck finding it!

    Thanks, TrekkieMage!

I've found it, but it's still a bit too pricey. *mopes*

  6. I think Bajoran earrings are majorly funkehh. I've sorta got earrings that could be Bajoran if they hooked onto my ear instead of my hair. *runs off to fiddle with her earrings*

EDIT: It doesn't work! *wails* I must get myself some Bajoran ones, then.

  7. Even now, Shatner looks very huggable to me.

I wouldn't date him, but if he was one of my guy friends, I'd definitely give him a hug now and then.

Make that a biiiggg hug! :o

  8. I apologise, but I couldn't help but laugh aloud when I was reading your initial post. Sure, there are the usual few loose threads that everyone forgets about, but they are minor. No one cares about them. We care more about the fact that Enterprise, hell, the entire franchise is a personification of one man's dreams. They aren't a way to make money, they're a way to communicate with the rest of humanity.

I have no idea what it is about Berman and Braga that irks you so, but maybe you could stop bashing them and the entire Trek world for a moment and think about what you're really saying. It bites me to think how bashers like you have ruined the experience for so many others.

Personally, I find Enterprise stellar, and don't see why so many people have things against it. But hey, that's my opinion.
