  1. I'd like to see a show about one of the following...

Colony in late 24th century (post NEMESIS)

Starfleet's first timeship in the 25th century

Something in the 25th century, massive starship, explore a completely uncharted and alien part of the galaxy!

  2. Star Trek: Phase II was the original idea for a spin-off series, following the cronicles of Kirk's 2nd five-year-mission, including everyone except Spock, as the actor didn't want to return to tv... However, Star Wars came out and was a huge success. Paramount went back and forth deciding on a movie or Phase II, by the time they decided to do a movie, they sent people begging for Leonard Nimoy to return as Spock! Being the nice man that he is, he gave in! :o

  3. EEEKKK!!! I missed ENT! Oh well, luck me, UPN has an ENT encore Saturday nights, an hour after SG-1! YEA!!! :P

Anywho, on a scale of 1-10, how was tonight? Was there a lot of Travis development and such? Please, no spoilers! :D

  4. I voted TNG movies! I was hoping for 5, but I guess 4 will due.

    Anywho, here's a question I have for old-time Trekkies!

After seeing ST-6 in theaters for the first time, did you think that was the end of the Star Trek movies? How did you feel when you heard there would be a new group of movies based on TNG?

  5. Prometheus,

The Holy Bible is a profoundly complicated book. As a Christian, I can tell you that Christians don't referrence a problem, find an answer, and believe it blindly. It just doesn't work that way. You can, however, referrence an issue if you know the layout of the bible, then find an excerpt that may help you anhylise, interpret, and conclude on how to handle the issue at hand. It's a complex thing, not just look and find the answer. Just trying to clear that up.

  6. I think what Data ment was... We tv in terms of having a tv set for evertainment and such came to an end. However, we have computers, so there would still be news and current events programs and such.

Maybe tv was replaced with a new form of entertainment? Probably went way of the dino becuase of WW III!

  7. Here's how I see it...

Star Trek - the original series

Star Trek The Next Generation - TOS spin-off

Star Trek Deep Space Nine - TNG spin-off

Star Trek Voyager - TNG spin-off (becuase it's set in the TNG era)

    Enterprise - TOS prequal

    Make sense? :P

Well, now that I think about it... Would VOY be considerred a TNG or a DS9 spinoff? :D

  8. Well, he doesn't crash into the "other timeline." His crashing into the timestream "creates" that other timeline, thus Harry is now on Earth. The timeline where he was on Voyager no longer exists. When Tom beams Harry into the timestream just before the runabout explodes, the timeline is changed back to it's proper form, thus Harry and Tom aren't living on Earth, the Yellowstone (runabout prototype) never existed, and Harry was back in the shuttle that was about to explode.

Still don't get it? Here's the simple version.

    1. Harry's shuttle crashes into timestream.

    2. The timestream-crash messes arround with time, landing Harry & Tom on Earth, but with Voyager still in the Delta Quadrant.

    3. Harry goes off to make things right.

    4. Tom beams Harry into the timestream, Yellowstone explodes.

    5. Time's "shifted" back to the way it's suppose to be, with Tom & Harry back on Voyager.

Basically, time "changed" into this alternate timeline, and Harry had to change it back, in order to get home.
