  1. How about Zephram Ashe? Just to keep in memory of your second son without those underlining feelings that is associated with just Ashe.

Then there is Alexander Eric and Anthony Miquel. :b-day:

  2. My questions just arise from the article alone. The study was done on sugar-free alone, which make incomplete. They should have tested both versions for more complete results. What is in sugar-free Red Bull to cause sticky red blood cells? The study just raises more questions then they answer which mean more studing on sugar-free Red Bull is needed.

I have found another article stating the problem is just in the sugar-free Red Bull and not in the normal verision of it.

Red Bull Gives You Sticky Blood

There’s some new research coming out of Australia concerning Red Bull.

According to the Times Online, a study involving 30 university students showed that one hour after they consumed one can of Red Bull sugar-free, they had the cardiovascular profile of someone with heart disease. They believe that a chemical in the sugar-free Red Bull causes the blood to become sticky which could cause blood clots.

Red Bull has denied this study stating that none of their research indicated any potential problems with the beverage. They said that it was in 143 countries and has never been banned where it was introduced.

The Australian researchers warn people with heart problems to stay away from the sugar-free Red Bull, claiming that it could make the condition worse. No problems were linked to the regular Red Bull, so my advice would be to drink that one instead.

This certainly raises questions concerning the product’s safety, but I think there needs to be further studies performed to confirm the results that Adelaide University discovered.

Anyone who has a migraine knows that caffeine does help if not take it away. Caffeine is not nor good for a person. Of course too much of anything is bad.

  3. I don't listen to Howard Stern nor I will do so in the future. I really don't care what he does on that program nor my opinion of him will not change because of it. I watch George Takei base on acting abilities not his sexuality and what programs he is on talk radio.

After all this is Howard Stern of Pete's sake! I would not expect anything less from his radio program!

  4. The drink is popular in the Navy.

There is a problem with the study. Why study only on Red Bull? How does this compare to drinking one normal cup of coffee with the same amount of caffeine? How long does this effect last in a normal person and how does that compare to a normal cup of coffee with the same amount of caffeine? Are other energy drinks have the same effects or are they worse than Red Bull? How does other energy drinks effects compare to Red Bull? Too many question left unanswered by this study to give it any weight in my opinion.

  5. Addition does not necessary have to cause from a foreign chemical reaction. As long as the endorphin response trigger above the normal limits for that person which does give that person a "high" any activity can become additive.

It maybe the normal in Hollywood to go into a clinic does not mean the person does not have a problem. Many people view going into a clinic as being weak and ignore a problem for the person and the family which can led to large problems. If David Duchovny does have this problem it would appear he has not sought treatment right away when he felt he had the problem, but waited for a very long time to seek treatment which is not typical for someone from Hollywood. We truly do not know what Duchovny personal to even to begin to understand if he has this problem. If he does he must have a very strong and understanding wife.

  6. It is a big deal. As RC stated breast are private parts. I do not want a man, other than my husband, to touch my breasts. PERIOD! She told them she wears a wire bra, and that should have been enough. People common sense. Oh, I forgot since I work for the same government, common sense is official banned. My bad.

    Airport Pat-Down Protocol Changed

Women Complained That Security Checks Were Humiliating

Airport security screeners this week will be instructed not to touch women passengers between their breasts as part of new pat-down procedures, the Transportation Security Administration said yesterday.

The agency said it is making a modification to its searching methods that began in September after more than 400 passengers -- mostly women -- formally complained that the experience was invasive, humiliating and akin to being molested.

  7. It actually bothers me a lot, and that is why I used :Hmmm...: at the end of my statement. I find our country biggest hypocrites when our government states they are promoting democracy around the world with our biggest allies in this war are complete opposite of our core beliefs. We continue to make the same mistakes in the past that led us done this path we are facing right now.

Since Saudi Arabia has oil and has open their country to our military that makes them our allies in the war against terror. Unfortunately we need military bases in their country to fight our enemy(ies). Until we don't need Saudi Arabia they will remain our allies even though I have no doubt in the future we will regret it.
