I don't know if this has been discussed recently; 1st, 2nd or 3rd season of TOS, which was best?
My vote goes to the 1st...

I vote for the first season because of the episodes The Naked Time and Charlie X.

I agree with KAy Troi. My favorite is Balance of Terror and Errand Of Mercy.

I still say the first season of TOS was the best.
By the time they reached the third and final season everything began to plumit to the bottom.

That's another hard question to answer, Season 1 was great but I also really like season 2.

Season One is my personal favourite, with Two just behind and finally season three.

Season One had some of the best ever episodes of any of the Trek shows. City on the Edge of Forever, Errand of Mercy, Space Seed, The Enemy Within...it goes on.

Season 1 was great but I like season 2 & 3 as well

For me one is the best but I also like 2 and 3 they do look good one DVD.

I like season 1 the most. Classic eps such as "Devil in the dark" and "City on the edge of forever" solidify it as my fave.

Gotta go with #1. "The Enemy Within" is my favorite TOS episode.

My favorite episodes make season 2 my favorite . . . Amok Time; Journey to Babel; I, Mudd; Mirror, Mirror; The Trouble With Tribbles; and A Piece of the Action to name the most prominent . . .

There are sme great episode in each season, but I prefer Season1, then 2, then 3

Season One has some wonderful favorites of mine including, in rough order: City on the Edge of Forever, Menagerie I and II, Balance of Terror, Squire of Gothos, Shore Leave, Space Seed, Devil in the Dark, Corbomite Maneuver, Miri, Charlie X and Tomorrow is Yesterday. It is also our first look at our favorite characters and that makes this season unique!

Season Two, as previously mentioned, does indeed have some great episodes including Amok Time, Mirror Mirror, The Trouble with Tribbles, Journey to Babel and A Piece of the Action.

I'm not sure... I like season 1 and 2....I think I vote for season 2.

I would have to go with season 2. Because I like Amok time and Wolf in the fold.

I like all of them, but my favorite episodes were The Trouble With Tribbles, Amok Time, Who Mourns for Adonis?, Your Last Battlefield, and the one when Spock lost his brain.

Season 1
