HRH The KING 0 Posted June 5, 2005 Another poor episode. In Season Four, I identified a catagory of Star Trek episodes called "Species-Wants-To-Remain-Isolated-Except-For-One-Idealist-Who-Wishes-To-See-The-Galaxy" episodes. This is one of them and it's crap. I'll give this episode a point simply for Dey Young and Ron Canada, who are both talented actors and always worth watching. Both would later appear in DS9 episodes  BTW- This quote is from Bernd's Ex Astris Scientia site (which I highly recommend): Troi spends a night with [the colony leader] Conor, but realizes that her DNA wouldn't be welcome in the colony. LOL!!!!! Is that not the worst dump line you've ever heard??? He sleeps with her, then convinces her it's for the good of the colony that she leaves??? Men, next time you sleep with a woman, tell her you can't be with her because of her DNA, then see what happens. :) Rating =
youbroughtheryouRiker 2 Posted January 19, 2008 3. A bit cookie-cutter, but a nice twist to it. Naturally, the one who wants to leave is the scientist. Nicely executed, but not very original.
