Romulan Uniforms

I prefer the 23rd century uniforms. The newer ones look like some sort of post apocalypse Road Warrior football uniforms with the shoulder pads and thermal insulation in the TV versions and the metallic armor of the 24th century movie versions

Someone has mentioned that as the Trek series went on the uniforms became less an less colorful with each incarnation. That certainly appears to be the case.

I like 23rd century and the ones from Nemesis the best. Though, I also gotta give props to the other 24th century uniforms. You may call them funny looking, but they've really got the intimidation factor going on. Really, if you saw a gang of five of them, would you want to mess with them? That and they remind me of David Byrne!

I prefer the 24th much better. The super short dress made them look like...you know...like they were out to seduce everything they came across. Thats the nice way of saying it...lol

 

Although the Tal Shiar outfits from DS9...those drove me batty...yum is all I can say.

Actually, the ones from Star Trek V and VI were worn by ambassadors. They are probably not uniforms (although the one from VI looks like it could be).

 

I like the TOS Romulan uniforms the best, but I don't know why.

No, I said I liked what the ambassador in The Final Frontier was wearing. It had some nice clevage.

 

Besides, you know I like the mini-skirt look.
