headborg 1 Posted March 1, 2004 According to Startrek Canon the Romulan War begins two years hince the present date of "Enterprise". Will the producers have concluded this Xendi Arc or tie it in within the next season? Your thoughts on the subject?
VaBeachGuy 12 Posted March 1, 2004 They actually don't "HAVE" to deal with the war at all. Not on Enterprise and now with the NX-01. Other ships of Starfleet could fight the war and ENterprise wouldn't have to fight it at all. Otherwise, if they do 1 year of timeline per season the war will last for the final 4 seasons of Enterprise. I would actually rather see something happen where they somehow skip past the war or come in at the end of the war and move on to the founding of the Federation in 2161. How could they skip past the war? I don't know but one idea could be if as a result of issues in the Expanse and the Temporal Cold war Enterprise could be moved forward in time by a couple of years. It's a shaky story line I know but I just want to get to the founding of the Federation and how that comes about.
