VaBeachGuy 12 Posted March 11, 2003 We have our first Promotion, though her title of Councelor doesn't change to indicate it Celtic_Swimmer has earned the first promotion on the board. You will note her "Pip" level has now changed to 2. I can see more promotions are on the way! If I fail to notice the promotions as they take place please IM me or Alterego and one of us will make the announcement. :) Your rank is determined by how much you post: 0-50 Posts is an Ensign. 51-100 Posts is a Lieutenant. 101-250 Posts is a Lt.
