Earthlink's StarTrek.net shutting down

Interesting. :lol: I had this service until just a month ago when I switched to Comcast Cable..I always liked that service. They had a lot of Star Trek content and I miss the Trek icons and web browser..Glad I switched when I did..

Thats kinda rude not because they are not doing it anymore but that note says that their price will not change but I rember that the star trek earthlink was at least $10 more than the normal earthlink.

That's how they get you Fred.

 

A few years back basic cable service cost about $20 bucks for 33 channels. Then the "UPGRADE" came alone. Now we would receive 73 channels for about $30.

 

All's fine and dandy with that until they invent digital cable, now channels that used to be on the basic cable start "disappearing" (moved to the digital realm) but does the price of basic cable start being lowered to reflect the lesser number of channels you now receive? Hell No! :lol:
