Mike 5 Posted January 26, 2004 Interesting. :lol: I had this service until just a month ago when I switched to Comcast Cable..I always liked that service. That's how they get you Fred. A few years back basic cable service cost about $20 bucks for 33 channels. Then the "UPGRADE" came alone. Now we would receive 73 channels for about $30. All's fine and dandy with that until they invent digital cable, now channels that used to be on the basic cable start "disappearing" (moved to the digital realm) but does the price of basic cable start being lowered to reflect the lesser number of channels you now receive?
