Ok. I got it sorted out. I added some more quotes and I have used 970 characters out of 1000.

I think I maxed out at 984 by removing as much punctuation as I reasonably could. I guess punctuation and spaces take up the same character space as letters. Whoda thunk it? :)

If you eliminate the space between a comma and the following word,like this,and spaces between words and hyphens-like this, you can squeeze a few more characters in. Not too many, & it may look weird, but it may help.

I've had 998 characters once with the same result you had. I wonder if the "font, size, and color" characters count as "characters"? :)

i like this "trekzone.org" its a very cool website, and the doc's support is encouraging! Why i heard he has got 266 episodes to watch to fill out the synopses. I also heard that he changed the top of his site.

 

BTW, i liked that banner.......and the Poseidon is wikid
