I picked Cease Fire from poll #2 as my favorite but Carbon Creek would be a close 2nd.

For the first half of Season 2...."Singularity." Reason for this pick was because of the episode's comical script and T'Pol's take down of the doctor. "Carbon Creek" and "Minefield" come in as my close second and third picks. This first half of the season was dragging itself there for a while, but good episodes like these came through.

I really liked all of the choice mentioned. I was having a hard time choosing but finally decided to vote for Carbon Creek. I had watched a few episodes from season 1 but I missed many. This episode was the first I watched on my way to being a regular viewer of Enterprise.
