Vic 17 Posted April 19, 2013 A new video was released today by Paramount for Star Trek: The Video Game and players can see what is store for them when the game becomes available later this month. Written by Marianne Krawczyk, Star Trek: The Video Game “whisks players into the heart of a canon adventure that takes place in the time between 2009′s blockbuster film Star Trek and the upcoming Star Trek: Into Darkness.” The two-and-a-half minute video, seen below, is narrated by Star Trek: The Video Game Executive Producer Brian Miller. Showing scenes taken from the game, Miller explains that the intent was to create a fresh new story and “take players on an adventure they hadn’t seen before.” Miller explains the story and shows some of the new characters that make their debut in the game. Star Trek: The Video Game goes on sale Tuesday, April 23 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.. Pre-orders will continue through Monday.
