here is one to make you laugh, the computer is in my step-brothers room. (lovly place) anyway when he comes home he goes up stairs and lockes the door and we never see him again for the rest of the day. well this don't bother me, but what im about to tell you does. i think it was monday i come home to find his room locked from the inside. at first i thought it was an accadent i did it once. i just found a key above the door and whent in. TODAY he askes me how i got in, i told him. I watched him take all the upsairs keys and lock the door. IT GETS BETTER, i didnt tell hime about a nother key downstairs above the bathroom door i used it came in here to find that he somehow dissconnected the port from the modem to the screen but it was attached. THAT PISSES ME OFF (excuse the lang) what do you think

If the computer is for everyone to use,maybe it ought to be moved into another room,like the den or something? :blink: I'd wonder what it was he was doing on the computer that required his door to be locked.Might not be too kosher.I know,back home before I moved into my own apartment,one of my younger brothers was an Internet porn junkie.The kid was like 14-years old and was visiting all these totally gross porn sites,somehow getting around all the filters my folks would set up.Anyway,we had to move the computer from my dad's office (a fairly private room,where my brother could shut the door),to the family room,where there was usually somebody watching television,and where at any given minute somebody could come walking in or pass by and catch him browsing for porn.Also,I set up additional parental controls since I am a bit more experienced with computers than my folks.

good idea except that was alredy tried. My step-mom is a fairly nice person but when her son is involved she can be a feamle dog. When it was sugested that we move it into the kitchen or living room and mike(my stepbrother) said no hell broke loose. so that was the end of that. anyway i came home yesterday to find the door unlocked, computer on and all that happy stuff. today he left for school a few minutes ago the door is un locked and computer operational so they must have talked to him. Still...i have that other key just in case.
