Normally, 3 hard fried eggs (yolks broken and fried) but on occasion I love a Ham and Cheese omelet. When I was in the Army I'd get a ham and cheese omelet with 2 sausage patties and hash browns every morning with chocolate milk to wash it down.

 

Breakfast in the Army was awesome!

I chose "In an Omelet" although the egg is actually the outside. Ham, cheese, bacon, sausage, spinach, etc. is in the omelet. Hot sauce is on top.
