I recently saw Michael Clayton. I must admit I am among a minority of women who aren't in love with George Clooney so I wasn't expecting much. I was however pleasantly surprised by the quality of acting in the film. Tilda Swinton was amazing as always and Tom Wilkinson was absolutely brilliant as Arthur Edens. It was an interesting and disturbing take on cooperate America. I give the film 4 stars out of 5.

I agree, George Clooney isn't my ideal man either - although I can see why people consider him good looking.

 

However, films like Michael Clayton, Syriana, Good Luck and Good Night show he has some substance as actor.

 

Unfortunately, Solaris was one of the worst movies I've ever seen but looking forward to Men Who Stare at Goats.
