With the threat of the Klingions, Starfleet Command have decided to build a new fleet under the command of recently promoted Commodore Alex Sharpe, Commander in Chief. Alex has already established a Deputy Commander in Chief and two ships are now mannef for action. 95th Fleet is based on the Klingion border with Starbase Defender on the edge protecting the Fleet.
