Gary Phaserman 0 Posted November 16, 2005 frim klastv.com Power Outage Affects Stratosphere X-Scream RideNov 15, 2005, 08:28 PM CST (7:27 p.m.) -- Nevada Power has reported that power has been completely restored. (7:15 p.m.) -- Rescue crews on on the scene to assist people that are stuck on the top of the Stratosphere. Only one elevator is working. (6:20 p.m.) -- There is a power outage at Industrial between Sahara and Utah. Approximately 215 people are affected and the top of the Stratosphere is experiencing the outage as well. People at the top of the Stratospher are stuck on top of the tower. People on the X-Scream are stuck on the ride, which hangs over the edge of the tower. There is no confirmed time of when the power will be up. Eyewitness News will have more information as it becomes available.
