This would happen often to Counselor Troi.

Mind "rape"

Totally crap and dull episode.

BTW - Am I the only one who considered it offensive everytime Counselor Troi peered into someone's mind without their permission and boldly declared to everyone publically what the other person was thinking and feeling???

If so, then it's a little hypocritical to show aliens violating people's minds when she's been doing it for five seasons.

The only guy to rightfully complain about this was Dr. Paul Stubbs in the nanite episode when she announced to the entire senior crew during a conference what he was thinking, with him sitting right there in front of everyone.

3. An interesting look into the mind of a rapist, though they didn't really focus well on how rape is more about power than it is about the sick sexual (or telepathic/mental in this case) pleasure. Nice detective work by Data on this one though.
