The Enterprise come in contact with a strange man who claims to come from the 26th century and is here to witness an historical event that is about to take place, lead by the famous Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

“A Matter of Time” makes my top ten list of favorite TNG episodes thanks to the great acting of Matt Frewer as Berlingoff Rasmussen. I’ve been a fan of Matt’s ever since the 1980’s when had the TV series Max Headroom. He does a great job of being Mr. Sneaky as he flirts with Dr. Crusher and interviews the rest of the crew. They soon become suspicious of his intents. The story flows smoothly and there is not time to be bored by this episode, not that any episode is boring, but this is very entertaining. What is Rasmussen up to? Is he there to watch history or make history? You can only find out by watching it, but let me just say; that I love it!

Good episode where Matt Frewer completely stole the show.

His performance was slimey and you just knew as soon as you first saw him that he was clearly up to no good.

I wonder what they did with him when he was arrested?

LOL!!!!

BTW- I hated Max Headroom. It scared me ******** when I was a kid.

Seriously. :assimilated:

5. Frewer was so awesome in his over-the-top manner, it was awesome to watch. The philosophical questions involved were nice, and the bit with Counselor Troi was cute. Only thing I didn't buy was Beverly being "influenced" by him, if you catch my drift. Other than that, flawless episode.
