Terrible episode.

A few good lines, but come on, "The crew are caught in a hotel".

Another immensely stupid idea that really belongs in Doctor Who, not Star Trek.

Crap.

I gave it a 5. I gotta believe the book-based characters' actors HAD to have had fun with this one. Just ham it up with whatever they're supposed to be like. I like how you could see Riker and Worf slowly get annoyed with them, too, but pick up when they realize a way out. This episode was above all, a fun one, which is a good thing.

I think he was talking about Europe in general. It isn't just France that has the metric system. But he did go to Amsterdam. You could be right though, I haven't seen the movie in a while.

Edit: OK, you're right. He was talking about beer at Paris McDonalds.
