Donald Rumsfeld. Don't try to tell me he's not an actor. Also, he's inspired more fear based on fictitious stories than anyone else on that list.

 

From the list, I chose Price. His laugh always comes to mind when someone talks about horror movies (for me).

I might give Price the vote on reputation, but the one who really gives me the creeps is Donald Sutherland. He is just scary evil.

I voted for PETER CUSHING. He was a fantastic actor and brought some low budget films to life.
