I chose E because (despite the fact there are non canon points of evidence it was on the drawing boards to early) I believe Scotty designed her after being resurrected in Relics, what a miracle worker!

The Defiant was the first ship with ablative armor, as the Enterprise-E also incorporated this technology.

 

Voyager had shield-armor in "Endgame" not ablative.

according to somthing ov read (dont ask me what i found it in) the plan for the soverign class was started in 2367 but all the same i voted the Enterprise NCC-1701-E
