He Who Shall Not Be Named 2 Posted April 5, 2004 There was a visual error in this episode: In the last scene, Dr. McCoy is seen wearing a yellow shirt. Nurse Chapel was referred to as "Lieutenant" in this episode. Maybe it was laundry day and they ran out of clean blue shirts. And military nurses do have rank. It is even possible for a nurse to outrank the doctor she is assisting. (The doctor is still in charge, he just has to be nice about it. :P )
