Two doctors on the same ship.....

It's a big ship. The Enterprise-D had more than one doctor but we didn't see them often. Dr. Selar was in Schizoid Man and was mentioned many times in other episodes. There was another doctor named as well in Remember Me? And in Ethics there were quite a few medical personnel in the triage area they had set up in the cargo bay.

 

I'm sure QSMB will find a way to keep both doctors busy even if it is just arm wrestling to see who gets to go golfing in the holodeck first. LOL

Lol. 1 doctor for over 1,000 people doesn't seem logical. I'd say 3 doctors, with at least a dozen nurses plus corpsmen and other medical staff. probably around 30 for the whole medical staff.

I'd like to be aboard a star ship with Alterego at the helm as captain, because he reminds me of Picard. As his second mate, I'd like to see Takara Soong. For not only would she bring Data to the table, but also her own level of insight. As security officer, I'd like to see The Unicornhunter. I personally would feel in good hands with her having that authority. And last but not least, I'd go for Space Tigger as chief engineer. I think he's pretty cool, and could probably take good care of most warp engines.

As for a good captain, I agree that VaBeachGuy would be a great captain. He's done an awesome job with these boards.
