Today I picked up The Voyager Companion and (off topic but I gotta share!) The Communicator #148 (Borg and The Dr. on the cover, about the new Star Trek attraction in Las Vegas) AND the novelisation of The Expanse. I read the first paragraph (before borrowing it to my dad) and I can tell you truthfully it is NOT a word for word retelling; it begins with Trips sister in Fla. before the attack.

I only have one Star Trek reference book, as I have only recently become a 'trekkie'. However, I don't even know if I should call myself a trekkie yet, as I have only really seen Voyager (apart from a few TNG episodes and some DS9, along with most of the movies).

I got The Voyager Companion several months ago, probably when it first came out here (I live in Australia). I have found it to be very useful because it lists every single episode from every season of Voyager, aswell as a detailed synopsis of each episode. It also has information about all the main characters and little quotes from the actors too (which are great to read).

I have a Star Trek Encyclopedia which stops with the end of STAR TREK:VOYAGER"S 5th season. Someday I will buy the book that has everything even ENT information and other books like New Earth books and the last Star Trek movie Nemesis or Enterprise movie or DS9 movie.
